Chances are that I will write up a detailed blow by blow of the taping week and post as a lot of people are asking questions and I would love to share the experience and the feelings.  But not today   Last night I had a few vodka cranberries to help ease the nerves of watching the ep and I am butt tired!

Tim is gracious and warm, caring and kind (not to mention funny!).  I cried for two days when it was over because like a moron I had so much to say to him and I just wanted to give him a great big hug and I did neither.  The moments passed so quickly and I can only hope that he knows the validation this was for me.   Veronica is a consummate professional and isn't afraid to shoot from the hip.   She was able to change my predjudices and fear of thinness and maybe I was able to change her perceptions too.  Benny was the real deal...say what you will about the charisma, but he was a magnificent force of positivity and helped me own what was already inside me.

Just for the record with people reading, old and new, I wasn't allowed to say Weight Watchers on the show so it's not like I was hatin' or something.  For new visitors, look around the site and you'll see that my weight loss was not an overnight process...it has and continues to be a work in progress.  I have made peace and love my body and it's imperfections..any weight loss from here on out is icing on the cake.  Every body has it's beauty...perfection is an illusion and at best an ideal.

My teeth, my hair, my eyes, my arms, my buddha, my passions and my emotions are me and it took a long time to get to the point where I felt blessed and beautiful and worthy of love.  The week of taping and my experience with cast and crew of the show was a bit of diamond polishing..the proverbial kick I needed to really shine.

JeAnne - I saw your Bravo episode and you are inspiring! What an amazing experience it had to be, and the clothes, girl, they made you glow! Its unfortunate that you weren't allowed to say "WeightWatchers", but the word will get out. I don't have much to go to get to goal and those last few pounds may as well feel like 80, but you will inspire me to go the distance.

Hi JeAnne. I heard you were going to be on Tim's show, so I made sure that my DVR caught it. I finally got to watch it tonight and you looked GREAT! I've followed your blog over the years. I started WW in 2001 and have definitely had up and down journeys along the way. I used to have my own website (wwlissa.com), but took it down a couple of years ago because I felt like a failure due to gaining weight back. Seeing your success in getting off the regained pounds inspires me that I can do the same. I rejoined WW in August and my first long term goal is to get back to Onederland. I was there about 2-3 weeks before I started regaining my weight.

Anyway, I've rambled on enough. I just wanted to say cheers and hats off to you for never giving up!
